• Comment: Vanessa has been helping me for over two years now. I’ve been to more practitioners of acupuncture, cupping , A.R.T. & massage than i can count. I can’t recommend her more highly. The seamless simultaneous flow of massage, cupping & Himalayan rock salt feels amazing. After 2 shoulder replacements i swim & do drills underwater. Mentioning a persistent tightness in & around my left glutes Vanessa explained a corresponding muscle running through my pelvis & attaching to the spine was the reason. After cupping that area it went from piano wire tight to being as relaxed an open as my right side. Make an apt - you absolutely won’t regret it. Sacred Waters is a welcoming , friendly place.
